Refunds & Returns Policy

You have the right to return products purchased from LUMINTECH HSQ SRL under the following conditions:

 

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You may return any item within 14 calendar days from delivery without stating a reason, under EU consumer laws.

 

2. Return Conditions

• Item must be unused and in original packaging

• Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty

• We refund the full product price within 14 days of receiving the return

 

3. Faulty or Damaged Products

If the item is defective or not as described, we will replace it or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

 

4. How to Request a Return

Email us at [support@lumintech.ro] with your order number, we will provide return instructions. 

In order to improve the quality of the products and services we provide to our customers, we would greatly appreciate it if you could explain the reason for the return to us via email.

 

5. Excluded Products

Custom or special-order products may not be eligible for return.
